Are you tangling with the thought of what it would be like to disconnect from the version of yourself that you have known and become someone new?

When you are trudging through the valleys of despair do you feel like you lose a bit of yourself through every passing darkness you have endured?  Our journey through life creates the experiences of who we become based on how we respond to life.  Some moments we feel lost. We might not even recognize who we have become and feel like there is no turning back. We become stuck in a routine that we don’t even enjoy doing.  We believe our thoughts are based on our losses of what we have endured instead of seeing ourself with the positive accomplishments we have created.  The wins we have made become past memories. A negative and a positive equal a negative.  People believe their thoughts are who they are as they tell us who we are, not only who we are, but our limitations.  What we can and can’t do. We are here to create the life that we want.  Why do we limit our possibilities by convincing ourselves of what we can and can’t do?  By doing so, we become stuck in the moment, stuck in time, and then stuck in life because we stopped believing in our dreams.  Our trials and turbulations composed of heartache, addiction, grief, deceit, tragedy, and despair are the thoughts that create the frequency of our minds.  When we lead with thoughts that stem from the negative stories or our life we cannot more forward.  We single handedly lock ourselves in our own jail by the mental barriers we created.  Mental barriers are roots to our thoughts.  The fluid in our body, the flow.  When we choose to limit who we are and who we can become we may never know what one could of experienced and have been.  By holding ourselves hostage to an image that we have created or by the experiences we chose to have during our life, with no other option of change is an example of how one enslaves themselves mentally and physically by limiting beliefs for themselves.
